The next screen allows you to adjust how your
modem initiates and receives calls.
Using this screen, you can configure the

"Negotiation" is the noise we hear
when two modems connect. The
modems exchange information
about their respective protocols
and configurations. Once they
agree on the fastest protocol they
can both handle, transmission
begins.
STORED NUMBERS
The "Stored Numbers" screen displays the
phone numbers currently stored in your
modem's memory.
Use this screen to edit or add numbers stored
in the modem's memory.
