2 INTRODUCTION
Please read all sections of this manual thoroughly to familiarize
yourself with all aspects of the unit.
Like all mechanical products, this machine will require cleaning
and maintenance. Besides, dispenser working can be
compromised by operator's mistakes during disassembly and
cleaning. It is strongly recommended that personnel responsible
for the equipment's daily operations, disassembly, cleaning,
sanitizing and assembly, go through these procedures in order
t o b e p r o p e r l y t r a i n e d a n d t o m a k e s u r e t h a t n o
misunderstandings exist.
3 INSTALLATION
1 Take the dispenser out of its packaging, which we
recommend you keep for future requirements.
2 Make sure that the dispenser has not been damaged during
transportation. If this is the case, immediately make a claim
with the forwarder.
3 Place the dispenser onto a counter designed to withstand
its weight, including when full.
4 Before making the electrical connection to the dispenser,
check that the supply mains matches the one specified on the
data plate. Connect the dispenser to a single-phase network,
using an earthed socket as set forth by the applicable
regulations in force. If the dispenser is supplied without a plug,
connect to the cable a plug that is compliant with the standards
in force in your country, has an earth pin or contacts, and is
suitable for currents of at least 10 A 250 V (for areas with
voltages of 220-230 V 50-60 Hz) or 20 A 250 V (for areas with
voltages of 100-115 V 50-60 Hz). Should you wish to make a
fixed connection to the network, connect the cable to a bipolar
wall switch with a minimum contact opening of 3 mm. Do not
use extensions for the electrical connection of the appliance.
Make sure the appliance is earthed correctly; if this is not
the case, this may cause electric shocks to people or
damage to the dispenser.
