I'm using AC Audiocodes phone. I keep cutting callers off during Transfers. I hit Speaker to answer the phone, Hit Transfer, dial the number, hit Ok and hang up. The phone says "On Hold" so I hit the Red Phone button. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong
