I'm using AC Audiocodes phone.
I keep cutting callers off during Transfers.
I hit Speaker to answer the phone,
Hit Transfer,
dial the number,
hit Ok and hang up.
The phone says "On Hold" so I hit the Red Phone button.
Please tell me what I'm doing wrong

In the ‘Pick an account’ screen, double-click the account (or click + to use another). Enter your password (the same as the password for your pc) and then click Sign in. Use the phone’s navigation control button to navigate to and select your password (the same as the password for your pc).
