OVEN COOKING
Before introducing the food, preheat the
oven to the desired temperature (Fig.
4.4).
For a correct pre-heating, we suggest to
remove tray and shelf from the oven and
introduce them again after about 15
minutes.
When the oven has reached the desired
temperature, introduce the food, then
check the cooking time and turn off the
oven 5 minutes before the theoretical
time to recuperate the stored heat.

Pour la cuisson, avant utilisation pré-
chauffer le four à la température désirée
(Fig. 4.4).
Pour un correct préchauffage, on con-
seille de retirer grille et lèchefrite du four
et de les replacer après 15 minutes envi-
ron.
Quand le four est à température intro-
duire les mets et vérifier le temps de
cuisson en ayant soin d'interrompre le
chauffage 5 minutes avant la fin du
temps de cuisson, de manière à récupé-
rer le chaleur emmagasinée dans le four.
