CONTROLLING THE SOUND PROCESSOR DIRECTLY FROM IPHONE, IPAD OR IPOD TOUCH
With the sound processor connected, some features can be controlled directly from the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch — either by
using the Accessibility Shortcut or via Settings.
Controlling via Accessibility Shortcut
Access the built-in sound processor controls by triple-clicking
the home button.
Once in the Hearing Devices screen (fig. 1.1), key information can
be seen, volume adjusted and program selected.
Live Listen
functionality allows the microphone of the iPhone,
iPad or iPod touch to pick up sound and stream it directly to the
sound processor.
To activate the Accessibility Shortcut directly from locked
screen, navigate to Settings > General > Accessibility >
Hearing Devices and turn on "Control on Lock Screen" (fig.1.2).

Controlling via Settings
Access the sound processor via Settings >
General > Accessibility > Hearing Devices. Tap on the name
of the sound processor to access more features.
STREAMING MUSIC OR VIDEO
Music or other audio can be streamed directly to the connected
sound processor.
When the sound processor connects, it should become the
default audio streaming destination.
If needed, swipe up the Control Panel from the bottom of the
screen (fig. 2.1), then swipe left to access the second screen
(fig. 2.2). In the drop-down menu, select the sound processor.
Volume can be controlled by the slider on the Control Panel or via
the hard volume buttons on the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
