DIAGNOSIS AND SOLUTION

EEPROM Parameter Error (E0/F4)
Description: Indoor or outdoor PCB main chip does not receive feedback from the EEPROM chip.
Possible causes:
• Installation mistake
• Faulty PCB
Troubleshooting
Remarks:
A read-only memory whose contents can be erased and reprogrammed using a pulsed voltage. For the EEPROM chip location, refer to Figures
36 and 37.
NOTE: Figures 36 and 37 are for reference only and they may differ from the actual unit.

Shut off the power. Wait two
minutes then turn the unit on.

Replace the indoor/outdoor
main PCB.
