PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

B B
This type of mast hoist to pneumatic elevation lift the pneumatic
piston transfer pumps LARIUS series Nova, Omega, Vega, Ghibli.
The use of hoist allows you to drive the pump suction unit during
aspiration produced directly within 30 litres drums.
This system allows to transfer the materials from storage container
directly to the area of application in a safe and clean.
A safe and reliable system allows in just a few minutes to replace
the barrel empty with the new one.
Suction pump at the base of the unit is fitted with a pressure plate
that is used to compress the material thus ensuring a steady
stream during use.
Below shows the main steps of the working principle of the hoist

ED. 01 - 01/2020
Pneumatic piston pumps are able to transfer highly viscous
products as these "flow" naturally towards the inlet pressure and
the suction valve thanks to the plate to plate, so that the pump
starts to cavitate resulting in bomb disposal. Are suitable for
pumping highly viscous products.
The pressure plate has a series of flat gaskets or special high
strength rubber anti-oil toroidal thus ensuring a perfect protection
of the product contained in the cask from contamination by dust,
moisture and avoid drying caused by contact with the air.
The hoist is automatically compensates for the pressure plate
when using this product.
PHASE B
Hoist lifting, positioning the hoist
and centering plate trees blowing
inside the drum.
