The caller hears a greeting message (configurable by the extension user) and a signal initiating the Voice Mail recording.

The voice mail system will get activated allowing the caller to leave a voice message. The page also provides information on the voice mailbox settings such as maximal mail message duration, voice mail indication method when a new voice mail arrives, various settings for the voice mailbox as well as a possibility to send voice mails via e-mail.
