One box contains:
•
One(1) SANUVOX unit S300FX-GX (no HEPA)
•
One(1) SUBKITVOCS300
The S300FX GX unit will be factory modified to include:
•
One(1) full oxidation J-lamp (UV-V 185nm) (blue end cap)
•
One(1) additional ballast and lamp bracket
•
One(1) inside relay (Fig 4) connected to the full oxidation lamp
•
Twenty feet (20) of wire (Fig 3) that can be inserted in BX shield.
•
One(1) "VOC sensor"(Fig 2) factory pre-set
•
Two (2) replacement pre-filters

LAMP INSTALLATION

1. Remove the 6 screws on the front cover (The one with
the S300 FX logo). Put aside.
2. Remove the BLUE END CAP lamp from packaging. NOTE:
use the gloves provided.
3. Insert the lamp in the second clamp and tighten.
(furthest clamp from opening)
4. Plug the white connector tightly the lamp
5. Remove the YELLOW END CAP lamp from packaging.
NOTE: use the gloves provided.
6. Insert the lamp in the first clamp and tighten. (closest to
opening)
7. Plug the white connector tightly on the lamp
8. Put the cover back on with the 6 screws

  • Page 2 The VOC controller (Fig 2) should be installed on the wall, at 12 inches from the ceiling where the smoke accumulate. The S300 unit comes with 20ft of wire (Fig3) to link the controller box to the unit. If 20 ft not long enough, you can replace it with BX wiring with 3 wires.
  • Page 3 VOC SENSOR Remove the cover. Connect the 3 wires from the sensor to the same color wiring setting screw: coming from the unit. Use the wire connectors (marrettes) triggers at included. 3.4 V DC Positive PROCESS: When the unit turns on, the GREEN LED flashes for a 5 minutes preheat time.
  • Page 4 The S300 unit runs continuously, so its regular lamp purifies the air constantly. This dual zone lamp (UVC / UVV) is sufficient when there are only one or two smokers.
