MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
All faults below shut the cooler down unless stated.

Suggested Remedy
Check LED status on PCBA.
(Refer to CW-H Manual for further details)
Check communication wiring between PLC and PCBA
Replace PCBA
Check water supply on.
Check solenoid valve open.
Check drain valve closed.
Check water management probe position relative to drain valve
overflow.
Clean water management probe.
Check solenoid valve open.
Check water management probe position relative to drain valve
overflow.
Clean water management probe.
Check water supply pressure sufficient to maintain tank capacity.
Check drain valve open.
Check drain pipework not blocked.
Check solenoid valve closed.
Clean water management probe.
Clean water management probe.
Check solenoid valve not stuck open.
Check all pumps operating when required
Clean pumps.
Check pump hoses not blocked.
Check excessive rain not entering cooler.
Clean water management probe.
Check Motor Power Cable connections.
Check Motor Communications Cable connections.
Check cooler PLC flashing LEDs for fault type.
Check no debris between chlorinator plates.
Replace Chlorinator
Ensure cooler is powered up.
Check communication cable connections including 120Ω Modbus
terminating resistors.
