TECHNICAL TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Malfunction
description
Control panel
lights are off and
there is no heat.

and there is still
heat.
Steam is leaking
during use.
Rice is half
cooked or is
cooking in
overtime mode.

Causes
The appliance is not
plugged in.
There's a problem
with the connection of
the indicator lamp or
the indicator lamp is
damaged.
Lid is not properly
closed.
The micro pressure
valve is not well
positioned or
incomplete.
The lid or micro
pressure valve gasket is
damaged.
There is too much
or not enough water
compared to the
quantity of rice.
Solutions
Check the plug is
correctly fitted in the
outlet and the power
supply is switched on.
Send the appliance to an
authorized service center
for repair.
Open and close the lid
again.
Stop the cooking process
(unplug the product) and
check that the valve is
complete
(2 parts locked together)
and well positioned.
Send the appliance to an
authorized service center
for repair.
Refer to the table
guidelines for the
appropriate water
quantity.
