CHEESE FUNCTION
This function makes soft cheese. For best results, use full-cream milk and
chilled soft cheese.
• Press the "Menu" key to select the function "Yogurt/Cheese". The screen
displays "P1" for the Yogurt program. Press "<" or ">" to switch to "P2"
for the cream cheese function. The screen displays the default cooking
time of "0:45" and the "Start" light flashes red.
• Press the "Temperature/Timer" key to activate the time setting function
and then press "<" and ">" to change the cooking time.
• Press the "Start" key. The multicooker begins the "Cheese" cooking
program and the "Start" light comes on. The screen displays the
remaining cooking time.
• At the end of the cooking process, the multicooker "beeps" three times.
Note: There is no keep warm function for this program.
BREAD RISING FUNCTION
This function rises bread dough at 30°C or 40°C after manual kneading
and before baking.
• Press the "Menu" key to select the function "Bread Rising". The screen
displays the default cooking time "01:00" and the "Start" light flashes
red.
• Press the "Temperature/Timer" key to activate the time setting
function and then press "<" and ">" to change the cooking time. Press
"Temperature/Timer" again to change the temperature by pressing "<"
and ">".
• Press the "Start" key. The multicooker begins the "Bread Rising" cooking
program and the "Start" light comes on. The screen displays the
remaining cooking time.
• At the end of the cooking process, the multicooker "beeps" three times.
Note: There is no keep warm function for this program.
Recommendations for dough proofing (bread rising):
• To prepare the dough separately and put it in the inner bowl, close the
lid and select the "Bread Rising" function.
• Once your dough is ready, you can use the "Baking" function at 160°C
to bake for 20-23 minutes. Then turn it on the other side for another
23 minutes approximately (depending on the quantity of ingredients).
