Our model 7201 to 7205 locks have been certified as Class 1 products by VdS (the Property Insurers' Association in
Germany).

10. Troubleshooting

Problem
No operating tone and the LED does
not light.
Keypad lever cannot be moved even though a
valid combination has been entered correctly.
Green LED blinks at 5 second intervals;
the electronics do not respond to any
keypad entries.
The red LED blinks every 30 seconds;
the electronics do not respond to any
keypad entries.
12 signal tones, red LED lights
10 high-low warning tones; red and
green LEDs blink alternately.
If it is not possible to open your safe in spite of having carried out the instructions above, then please contact the safe manufacturer.

Possible cause
Batteries dead or reversed during
installation.
Batteries are too weak to release
the electronic lock.
A timed delay period has been
inadvertently entered.
A time-lock period has been inadvertently
entered.
Master or user combination entered
incorrectly.
Insufficient battery charge.

Remedy
Replace the batteries or install them
properly.
