Removing Your Modem

If you ever want to remove your USB faxmodem, follow these steps:
Windows 98SE/Me/2000 users: From the desktop, go to

Start | Settings | Control Panel and double-click
Add/Remove Programs. Delete your USB modem. Follow
the onscreen instructions and click Finish.
Windows XP users: From the desktop, go to Start | Control
Panel and double-click Add/Remove Programs. Delete
your USB modem. Follow the onscreen instructions and
click Finish.
The Modem Properties or Phone and Modem Options

dialog box will appear. Select the modem you want to unin-
stall and click Remove.
Shut down your computer and unplug your modem.
