If you haven't already done so, unpack the TA7104i device. Carefully remove it from the

Location and Mounting Requirements

Warning: The analog lines of the TA7104i are not intended for connection to a
telecommunication network that uses outside cable.
Warning: To prevent fire or shock hazard do not expose the unit to rain or moisture.
The TA7104i is suited for use in an office or residential environment where it can be wall-
mounted or free standing.
Location
Install the TA7104i in a well-ventilated location where it will not be exposed to high temperature
or humidity. Do not install the TA7104i in a location exposed to direct sunlight or near stoves or
radiators. Excessive heat could damage the internal components.
When deciding where to position the TA7104i, ensure that:
