When problems occur, the ERROR/WARNING or CLEANING LED lights or
flashes, and one of the following codes appears on the message display.

Description
Restart the system and verify if the
error message disappears. If it occurs
again, note the error code and contact
customer service for repair. For details
on error codes, see "Error Code List"
(page 147).
Replace the data cartridge after
cleaning the AIT drive. If the same
problem occurs after doing so, contact
customer service for repair.
Open the front door and reinsert
cartridges as necessary.
Insert the cleaning cartridge in
slot CL/8.
Insert the cleaning cartridge in
slot CL/8.
Do not attempt to open the front door
manually.
Make sure that the operating
environment is within the allowed
temperature limits (5 to 40°C) and
verify that AIT autoloader fan is
operating normally.
For replacement parts, contact
customer service.
Eject one or more cartridges from the
AIT autoloader.

temperature limits (5 to 40°C).
Clean the AIT drive. If the CLEANING
LED starts flashing again, repeat
cleaning up to three times. Also verify if
the cleaning cartridge has reached the
end of its service life. If after performing
the above the CLEANING LED
continues flashing, contact customer
service for repair.
