8.7. MOVE MEDIUM Command (A5h)

The Parity bit specifies whether to check the SCSI bus parity. The specifications
are as follows.
0: Do not check the SCSI bus parity.
1: Check the SCSI bus parity (default).
Maximum Parity Retries specifies the maximum number of retries after a parity
error occurs in the Command Out Phase, Message Out Phase, or Data Out
Phase. This field can be anywhere between 0 and 255. 0 indicates no retries. The
autoloader default value is 1.
The MOVE MEDIUM command directs the autoloader to transfer the media
from the transport source element to the transport destination element.

The Transport Element Address indicates the autoloader transport system. The
autoloader supports only one transport system and its Element Address is fixed
to 0h. If this field is set to a value other than 0, the command is terminated with
a CHECK CONDITION. The sense key is ILLEGAL REQUEST and ASC/
ASCQ is INVALID ELEMENT ADDRESS.
The Source Address specifies the location of the cartridge to be transported. The
Destination Address specifies the transport destination of the cartridge.
The Source Address and Destination Element Address are set to a Storage
Element Address and Data Transfer Element Address within the autoloader. If
the setting is other, the command is terminated with a CHECK CONDITION.
The sense key is ILLEGAL REQUEST and ASC/ASCQ is INVALID
ELEMENT ADDRESS.
If this command is received when there is no cartridge in the Source Element or
when there is a cartridge in the Destination Element (different from the Source
Element), the autoloader terminates the command with a CHECK
CONDITION. The sense key is ILLEGAL REQUEST. ASC/ASCQ is
