Jumpers
The ADP621 CLK jumper is used to select the routing of the ADP621 CLK signal. The default setting for the
jumper is pin 1.

NTC ( JP12 )

Input to the Thermistor Monitoring Circuits. The NTC pin connects to a battery's thermistor to determine if the
battery is too hot or too cold to charge. If the battery's temperature is out of range, charging is paused until it re-
enters the valid range. A low drift bias resistor is required from VIN to NTC and a thermistor is required from NTC
to ground. If the NTC function is not desired, the NTC pin should be grounded This jumper is installed by default.

B REG jumper is used to enable or disable the regulator for the AD2428 transceiver. The default setting for
the jumper is not installed.

ADAU1761 MCLK Select ( JP19 )
The ADAU1761 MCLK Select jumper is used to select the MCLK source for the ADAU1761 SigmaDSP, and the
default position is 1 and 2. This jumper is available on Rev 1.1 boards and later, and earlier versions may label this
jumper as ADAU1961 MCLK Select. As the ADAU1761 is pin-compatible with the ADAU1961, the footprint and
silkscreen are identical in this regard.
