3. When to contact Customer Service
If you need to contact the customer service, please provide the order no� and the serial no� of your
centrifuge� This information can be found on the nameplate�
In addition the customer service also needs the software ID and the NVRAM ID� Both are available
in the user menu� See "User Menu" on page
