Setting up E-mail
To use E-mail (〜@ezweb.ne.jp), subscription to IS NET is
required. If you did not subscribe it when you purchased the
product, contact an au shop or Customer Service Center.

In the home screen,
• Follow the onscreen instructions to set up when you
activate for the first time.
◎ To set up Email, set "Area setting" to "Japan" and operate in a place
in Japan where the signal condition is good. If you operate in a place
where the signal condition is poor or operate while moving, you may
not set up properly.
◎ If you do not set up E-mail (〜@ezweb.ne.jp) in Japan, you cannot
use E-mail (〜@ezweb.ne.jp) overseas. Make sure to set up E-mail
before leaving Japan.
◎ For details on E-mail setup, refer to "ISW13F Setting Guide"
available on au homepage.
If screen turns off or lock screen
appears
Canceling sleep mode
When no operation has been made on the ISW13F for a
certain period, the screen automatically turns off according
to "sleep" setting.

In sleep mode, C/A
Sleep mode is canceled.
• Pressing C during operation goes into sleep mode.

Unlocking screen

Slide right
The screen is unlocked.
◎ If "Screen lock auth" is on, authenticate with set unlock method to
unlock.
◎ Slide
left to set manner mode.
◎ Slide
right to cancel manner mode.
◎ Slide
left to activate the camera.
◎ If "Screen lock auth" is on, "Emergency call" appears on the
authenticating screen. Tap to display the dial pad.
