Troubleshooting: Finding the device log file
In some cases, your ResMed representative will ask you to send the device log file for troubleshooting.
Follow the instructions below to find this file on the Nox T3s drive.
Connect the Nox T3s to USB port of the computer. Open Windows File Explorer and click This PC. The Nox T3s will appear as two
USB drives.
The log file is located on the largest of both drives (~3-4GB).
When the log file is not visible, click on the View tab at the top of Windows Explorer. Check the option that says Hidden items in
the section Show/Hide. The log file should now appear.
Double-click this drive
to see its content.
The log file is named
LOG.TXT.
