Adding dishwasher salt
NOTICE
Risk of damage!
You may damage the dishwasher,
its surface, its seals and fi lters by using
dishwasher salt in an improper manner.
Only use dishwasher salt which is suit-

able for dishwashers.
Always wipe away split dishwasher
■
salt immediately with a damp cloth.
Immediately after adding the dish-
■
washer salt, launch a dishwashing
programme.
You do not need to add dishwasher
salt to the dishwasher salt dispenser
– if you are only using multitabs which
already contain dishwasher salt,
– if the water hardness in your area is in the
0–5° dH range.
Add dishwasher salt:
– prior to using the dishwasher for the first
time,
– when the "Add dishwasher salt" indicator
