Possible cause
The mains plug is not insert-
ed correctly in the socket.
The socket is defective.
Check the fuse in the electri-
cal distributor (fuse box).
It is possible that the overheating protection has been trig-
gered. This can happen if the massaging heat wrap is not used
correctly (e.g. in a folded condition) and there is a build-up of
heat. In this case the massaging heat wrap is damaged, and
can no longer be used.
