Troubleshooting

If the device does not work properly, fi rst check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps that are listed, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!
Problem
The device
does not work.
No heat is produced.

Possible cause
The device is not receiving
any power supply.
The button has not been
(correctly) pressed.
The device is not switched
on.
The heat function is not
switched on.
Solution
Check whether
• all cables are correctly
connected to each other.
• the mains adapter is plugged
in the plug socket or the car
adapter is plugged in the
cigarette lighter.
• the plug socket or the
cigarette lighter is defective.
• the fuse of the mains
connection is inserted.
Press the button.
Press the button.
Press the button. The HEAT
control lamp must be lit up.
