Click the "Reset" button to bring up the prompt box as shown below. Click "OK" to reboot the device
and restore factory settings.

Reset via Reset Pin Hole

There is a Reset pin hole on the back panel of GVC3212. To reset the device, use a small pin to hold
against the Reset pin hole for more than 10 seconds to restore to factory settings.
