  • Page 5 Step 1 10mm Prepare the Left Side Tap 4 Wooden Dowels into the Left Side. Insert 2 Large Locking Finished Cam Nuts into the Left Front Edge Side. Fit 2 Hinge Plates onto the Left Side, making sure that the slot is facing towards the finished front edge.

  • Page 7 Finished Step 7 Front Edge Fit the divider Push the Divider onto the Base and fit it using 2 40mm screws. Step 8 Prepare the Top Screw 8 Metal Dowels into the Top. Fit the 2 Magnetic Catches to the shallow mark-holes in the Top using 4 of the Large 13mm Screws.
  • Page 8 Step 9 Fit the Top Push the Top onto the assembly. Use a screwdriver to tighten the 8 Large Locking Cam Nuts fitted to the Sides, Divider and Back. Step 8 Step 10 Fit the 6 Feet Screw the Feet onto the mark-holes in the Base using the six 25mm Screws.
  • Page 9 Step 11 This unit must be fixed to a wall using the Secure the unit to a 2 Overbalance Protector Kits provided wall Before fitting the unit to a wall, use a spirit level to check the top of the unit is level, front-to-back and side-to-side in the 3 positions shown.
  • Page 10 Step 12 Prepare the 2 Doors Large 13mm Screw Small 13mm Screw Push fit 2 Hinges into each of the 2 Doors. Secure each hinge with two Large 13mm Screws fitted using the shallow mark holes. Fit a Magnetic Plate to each Door with a Small 13mm Screw using the shallow mark hole.
  • Page 11 Step 13 Fit the Doors and Handles The easiest way to attach each Door is to fit the top Hinge first, then align and fit the other Hinge. Push the Hinge onto the front part of the Hinge Plate. The recess at the bottom of Screw B goes into the slot in the Hinge Plate.
