This manual contains information and instructions for installation, operation and maintenance of the machine. We recommend that you carefully read this manual before use and follow the procedures and instructions strictly. -

Description of the machine functions and shrinking process The packaged food product is placed on the platform manually. At the start of the procedure, the platform descends into the tank and shortly afterwards rises again. This process takes approximately three seconds. The water temperature in the tank is maintained automatically. -
