8. EACH SETTING AND ADJUSTMENT
8.1 NECESSARY ITEMS TO BE NOTED
It is recommended to make a backup of user data written in this unit before repair work.
If the product to be repaired can be started up, start it up in usual mode or test mode and change the mode to
MASS STORAGE mode, and then connect it to PC and copy all content of TSP-16 that is recognized as removable disk to
the PC (make a backup). As the disk size of TSP-16 to be recognized is 8GByte, ensure sufficient free space of PC to which
the data is copied.
Before carrying out the repair, be sure to check the version of firmware. If the version is not the latest, update it to the latest
version.
If the following parts are replaced with new ones, carry out each item.

MAIN ASSY
•
MI UCOM (IC8005), M2 UCOM (IC8008)
and PADB ASSY
•
Performance pad part
PADB ASSY(sensor, PAD, sheet)
If you removed without having to replace PAD ASSY adjustment required.
•
Touch panel
