7�1 Hall sensors
The motors of the BG dCore series are all fitted with
comparable hall sensors, so all of them have similar
operating conditions. All hall sensors are working with
open collector outputs. To picking of a hall signal, pull-
up resistors are necessary.
Supply-voltage range: 5V-24V
Max. output current: 20mA
The dimensioning for the pull-up resistors must be
selected depending on the operating voltage of the hall
sensors, because the output current for the hall sensors
must not exceed 20mA.
There is a calculation example:
» Supply voltage: 5V
» Max. current: 20mA
» So: 5V/20mA = 250Ω
The pull-up resistor should have a minimum value of
250 Ω.
The pull-up resistors are already integrated in the exter-
nal controllers of Dunkermotoren.

Die Motoren der BG dCore Baureihe sind alle mit ver-
gleichbaren Hall-Sensoren ausgestattet, somit haben
alle ähnliche Betriebsbedingungen. Alle Hall-Sensoren
haben open-collector Ausgänge. Um Hall-Signale abzu-
greifen sind Pull-up Widerstände erforderlich.
Versorgungsspannungsbereich: 5V-24V
Max. Ausgangsstrom: 20mA

Die Dimensionierung für die Pull-up Widerstände ist
in Abhängigkeit der Betriebsspannung zu wählen, da
der Ausgangsstrom der Hall-Sensoren nicht größer als
20mA sein darf.
Kalkulationsbeispiel:
» Versorgungsspannung: 5V
» Max. Strom: 20mA
» Also: 5V/20mA = 250Ω
Der Pull-up Widerstand sollte mindestens 250 Ω betra-
gen.
In den externen Reglern von Dunkermotoren sind die
Pull-up Widerstände schon integriert.
