4. Disconnect the FPC SE1005-LDR36 from the connector (CN36) on the LDR-36 board.
Note
Carefully open or close the locking tab of connector (CN36) because it is likely to be damaged.
5. Remove the motor harness from the connector (CN3) on the SE-1005A board.
6. Loosen the two screws with stopper (PSW2 x 5).
7. Lift up the portion A to the direction of the arrow A. (Approximately 15 degrees)
8. Hold the portion B of the loader assembly and remove it in the direction of the arrow B.
Note
•
Do not contact the two brushes.
•
Be careful so that the loader assembly does not come in contact with the five cartridge sensors.
•
The spindle motor has a powerful magnet. Be careful so that a part of the loader assembly is not
attracted by the magnetic force or caught by the tip of the spindle motor.
