Basic operation

 Switch the Dialog oven on.
The main menu will appear.
 Place the food in the oven.
 Select
Oven functions
 Select the function you want.
The oven function and the
recommended temperature will appear.
The oven heating and cooling fan will
switch on.
 Change the recommended
temperature if necessary.
Otherwise the recommended
temperature will be accepted within a
few seconds. If necessary, select
Change to go back to the temperature
setting (see "Operation: Conventional
functions – Advanced operation –
Changing the temperature").
 Confirm with OK.
The required and the actual temperature
will appear.
You will see the temperature rising in
the display. A buzzer will sound when
the selected temperature is reached as
long as buzzer tones have been
switched on.
After the cooking process:
 Take the food out of the oven.
 Switch the Dialog oven off.

Operation: Conventional functions

Cooling fan

The cooling fan will continue to run for a
while after the oven has been switched
off to prevent any humidity building up
in the oven compartment, on the
control panel or on the oven housing
unit.
The cooling fan will switch itself off
automatically after a certain period of
time (see "Settings – Cooling fan run-
on").
