WHAT TO DO IF YOUR APPLIANCE DOES NOT WORK

Problems
Leaking from the lid.

CAUSES
Volume of ingredients is too large.
The seal is not there.
The seal is cut, damaged.

The sub-lid is not there.
The seal (B2) is not properly positioned.

When using the appliance for the first time, or in
the event of motor overload caused by too large a
quantity of ingredients or pieces that are too hard
or too big.

The bowl is not on the motor block or it is
incorrectly positioned on the engine block. The lid
is not properly locked in place.
Appliance overheating. The appliance has been
used too intensively or with too many ingredients.
Reduce the quantity of ingredients used.
Position the sealing joint (A4) on the sub-lid (A3) and
clip this assembly onto the lid (A2).
Change the seal, contact an authorised service
centre.
Check that you are using the recommended
accessory.
Clip the sub-lid fitted with its seal to the lid.
Correctly position the seal.
Contact an authorised service centre.
Lock the ring correctly.
Allow the engine to cool down (approximately 30
minutes) and reduce the quantity of ingredients in
the bowl.
Reduce the size or the quantity of ingredients
used. Add liquid.
Contact the After Sales Centre, indicating the error
displayed.

Remove the bowl from the engine block, properly
lock the lid in place and put the assembled set
