2 end plugs with sleeves

Slide pivot arm onto shaft on pivot support frame
end cap with pin on shaft and secure.
Slide spring onto thigh restraint support

restraint assembly . Secure as shown.
Place end plugs with sleeves onto ends as shown. Tap gently with
mallet if needed.
