When a failure is detected relating to a startup operation or relating to an adjustment before writing, one of the following
error codes is displayed.

Error 91

When an operation error of the CPU or DSP is detected, one of the following error codes is displayed.

○ 0.25 sec. A comparison error between the disc BCA code in the cartridge
memory and the actual media BCA code was detected.
○ 0.25 sec. A comparison error between the media type in the cartridge
memory and the actual media type was detected.
○ 1 sec. A TDMA area error was detected during write-back to the re-
cording disc or formatting.
○ 1 sec. A disc error was detected during finalizing of the recording disc.

○ 0.25 sec. Adjustment failed in starting optical block assembly Ch-1A.
○ 1 sec. Startup adjustment or OPC cannot be finished in optical block
assembly Ch-1B.
○ 0.25 sec. Adjustment failed in starting optical block assembly Ch-1B.

FPGA (IC700: BD-44 board) cannot be established during start-
up.
○ 0.25 sec. Failure in SYCPU (IC720: BD-44 board) firmware upgrade was
detected during startup.
