Upgrading the Firmware (ODS-D77U)
ODS-D77U upgrade the firmware using the utility software.
Fixtures
• Personal computer (PC)
• The latest utility software "Optical Disc Archive Software" (including the firmware)
• USB cable (supplied with ODS-D77U)
Preparation
Prepare the latest utility software. The latest utility software contains the latest firmware.
Make an access to the Sony professional products site to download the Optical Disc Archive Software and the release
note. After these items have been obtained, install the software according to the release note.
In the installation of the Optical Disc Archive Software, the utility software is automatically installed.

Checking the Firmware Version
1.
Connect the unit to the PC and run the utility software.
2.
Display the device screen.
Firmware version is displayed on the right side.
