    ® PICMA multilayer bending actuators (i.e., capacitive loads) such as the PL-112 to PL-140, and P-871 from PI. For closed-loop operation, the actuators must be equipped with strain gauge sensors, as this is the case with P-871 actuators. The E-651 / E-614 must not be used for purposes other than those named in this user manual.
