Please ensure all Safety Decals are secured on the mower before using the product.
If any of the decals are missing or not secure, do not use the mower, contact your local Hayter authorised dealer for replacements.
WARNING: Improper maintenance, use of non-conforming spare parts, or the removal or modifi cation of the Safety Decals may cause death or serious injury.

1. WARNING - Read Operator's Manual
2. Cutting/dismemberment hazard of hand, mower blade - stay away from moving
parts; keep all guards and shields in place.
3. Cutting/dismemberment hazard of hand, mower blade - disconnect the spark
plug lead and read the instructions before servicing or performing maintenance.
4. Thrown object hazard - keep bystanders a safe distance from the machine.
5. Cutting/dismemberment hazard of foot, mower blade - do not operate up and
down slopes; operate side to side on slopes; look behind you when backing up.

1. Insert the electric-start button into the ignition;
2. Engage the engine stop lever;

3. Push the electric-start button to start the engine.
