Installation of the HVI

If metal conductor holders of type HVI
(Part No. 275 451) and a maximum holder distance (HD) (installation distance) ≤ 1000 mm (see Fig. 2)
are used, discharges can be reliably prevented.

2.3

Requirements for the installation of conductor holders

In case of metal façades with a material thickness of at least 0.5 mm, the HVI
installed by means of four blind rivets with a diameter of 5 mm per conductor holder. In case of material
thicknesses ≥ 2 mm, the HVI
screws with a diameter of 6.3 mm, e.g. Part No. 528 619. The fixing screws must be secured against
self-loosening (e.g. by means of a spring washer).
