IPX-2000v2 Restrict PSTN Calls to different ports

Scenario:

IP PBX has aimed at different grades users to limit their types of PSTN outgoing
calls.
1. Staff can only make local calls: Local calls are only 8 digit numbers
2. Boss can make local calls and national long distance which always start with 01-city
code-local number.
Boss need to add 1357 access code before long distance call number, and go out
through port2.
3. Manager can make local calls and local cellular calls that always start with 044-55-8
digit numbers.
Manager need to add 2468 access code before cell call number, and go out through
port4.
4. Clerk can make local calls and international long distance which always start with 001-country
code- city code-local number.
Clerk need to add 9763 access code before international call number, and go out
through port3.
