11. Remove the four screws attaching the power supply. All four are located at
the back of the chassis.
12. Carefully slide the power supply forward toward the front of the chassis.

13. Remove the screw to detach the ground wire (above, left).
14. Inside the fan assembly opening, detach the two-wire connector from the
front panel light at the backplane (above, right).
