8) CONNECTING THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Two wires lead out from the top end of the extruded
aluminium raceway on the rail (Fig. 31/a/b)
- blue wire 4x1, power supply
- green wire 8x0,35 for control board at floor (optional)
Connect these wires as follows:
- Connect the 4x1 blue wire (Fig. 31/a) to the power
supply mains using the circuit breaker installed
previously by the customer (fairlead + sheath).
- If the optional floor control board is present:
- Connect the 8x0,35 to the holdfast placed under
the lid of the rail at the top end (Fig. 31/b).
- In the holdfast, connect the two cables provided for
the floor push-buttons as shown in the enclosed
diagram.
- Connect the top control board cable (Fig. 31/c)
directly, taking care to protect it throughout its path
using the raceway provided.
- Pass the cable of the control board for the lower
floor (Fig. 31/d) through the lower tubular rail,
leading it out at the bottom end, then connect it to
the lower floor control board, taking care to protect
it throughout its path using the raceway provided.
- Fit the two rail cover guards (Fig. 32).
N.B.: The differential security breaker connected to the
mains power supply must be installed by the customer
before the system is installed.

9) INSTALLATION CHECKS

- Check that the operating mode setting switch (JB22 -
JB23) is set as appropriate to the system type (RH or
LH).
- Check that all the lift’s microswitches are correctly
positioned,consulting the electrical system diagrams
provided.

10) FITTING THE BODYWORK SECTIONS

- Fit all the bodywork sections provided with the lift.
