- Fix the down limit stop plate (SQ16 or SQ12) (Fig. 12/g).
- Fix the up limit stop plate (SQ16 or SQ12) and the up
overlimits microswitch (SQ4) (Fig. 12/h).
- Connect the safety gear microswitch connector (SQ2) -
Fig. 12/f.
- Fix the lift body to the carriage by means of the 3
screws - Fig. 12/d, checking that it is horizontal.
(Tightening torque M10x1 - 3.5 DaNm).
- Use a bit with diameter 10 mm to drill a hole at least
4 mm deep in the carriage plate through the M12 hole
(Fig. 18/a) on the frame. Then screw the M12x25 stud-
bolt supplied into the hole and fix it with the nut provided.
- Fit the drive chain (Fig. 18/b) with links as supplied
and adjust using the chain stretcher (Fig. 18/c), pre-
mounted on the underside of the carriage.
N.B.: Do not over-stretch the chain.
- If necessary, use the handwheel for manual opera-
tion to adjust the chain in order to simplify fitting of the
chain stretcher - Fig. 19/a.
- Remove the supporting feet and handles from the lift
body.
