After having found the right adjustment, add silicone for high temperatures and spread it well on the
joining surface to seal the coupling.
Once installed, check the stability of the boiler and the silo, their horizontal levelling and
the absence of vibrations and noise during functioning.
MOVING THE ELECTRONIC BOARD
The electronic board, mounted, cabled and tested is temporarily
installed at the side of the boiler, protected by a metal covering and
connected through cabling arranged on the same boiler.
Once boiler and tank installation is complete, the board will be
removed from the boiler right side and, without the need to
disconnect the cabling wires, it will be mounted on the tank front
side, as indicated in the fi gures below.
This solution (A) has been studied to allow testing and shipping which
warrants the electronic board and its good functioning.
The defi nitive mounting (B) has been studied to allow easy
maintenance and access to the board, once the boiler is defi nitively
mounted together with the tank.
It is not possible to leave the board mounted on the boiler as the
board protective plaque would cover part of the pellet pipe. For
moving operations, follow the example with the images.
