Open all air venting valves of radiators, boiler and plant.
Gradually open the load cock ensuring that the air venting valves work regularly. Using the manometer,
check that the plant is pressurised. In case of closed vessel plant, reach the pressure of about 0.11 – 0.12
MPa (1.1 – 1.2 bar).
For open vessel plants, the pressure in the lowest part of the boiler is given by the height of the vessel.
Close the load cock and again release the air from the boiler through the venting valve.
Some examples of hydraulic plants that can be realised have been proposed in the following pages. These
hydraulic layouts are indicative and not complete of all compulsory safety devices provided by laws and
normatives in force.
The devices managed by the electronic board are to be connected following the numbering reported in
the "Connection to the electrical plant" chapter.
Numbering
38*
* Output 38 can manage a three-way valve and a pump, depending on the type of plant.
The output is constituted by a three-pole clamp: -, N e +. For correct installation, follow the indications
reported below.
Two-direction motorised three-way valve:
Side A
use contacts N e –
Side B
use contacts N e +
Motorised three-way valve with spring return:
Side A
use contacts N e –
Circulation pump:
