6 Commissioning

After performing the operations and checks
described in the previous paragraphs, make
sure that:
• All metal segregations, panels, doors and all
parts removed during installation have been
correctly assembled and fixed

High voltage
The voltages present in the equipment
are potentially lethal.
Mechanical parts in movement brusque
Tensions and brusque moving parts can
cause death, damage to persons and
property.
Follow carefully the instructions and
directions provided in the manual and
respect scrupulously all safety
procedures.
• All trolley are in the isolated position, with the
auxiliary circuits connected properly
• In the circuit breaker compartment, the space
heaters have worked for at least 24 hours to
ensure that there is no moisture in the ceramics
contained it arc chute
• All protection relays are properly set to the values
defined by the plant
Feed then the auxiliary circuits of the individual
compartments and perform verification of different
function logics of the system.
Following the instruction switching on the system,
then proceed to the closure of the power circuits,
proceeding to "sections" (rectifier, disconnector
switches, high speed circuit breaker) positioning
the trolleys in "CONNECTED" in the correct
sequence.
