General clean and greasing

Clean and remove any dirt from the inside of each compartment, debris,
deposits, etc.
Clean the insulating parts, the bars and insulators of high voltage cell, in
the bus bar compartment and the connection cables cell.
Blow with compressed air of all the components and equipment in the
low and high voltage cell.
Remove the dirty grease from fixed grafts of the equipment trolley, clean
with alcohol and greasing with grease MOLYCOTE CU 7439 PLUS or
equivalent.
CAUTION
before making this operation make sure that the panel is
de-energized, because opening the shutters over to access to
fixed grafts (input and output) accessed at positive bar.
To access fixed grafts, insert a screwdriver into the slot of the protective
cover to rotate the lock lever counterclockwise as shown in the drawings.
With the lever in this position you can open the shutters by hand.
Clean and grease the earth bars in zone of contact with the "sliding"
contacts of the circuit breaker and the rectifier.
Clean and grease the mobile main contact, check the correct torque of
screw M8 and the mobile contact is aligned with the fixed clamps
performing some closing and opening operation.
Remove the dirty grease from earth sliding contact of the equipment
trolley, clean with alcohol and greasing with grease MOLYCOTE CU 7439
PLUS or equivalent.
Danger-high voltage and mechanical parts in movement brusque.
De-energize the power and auxiliary circuits.
Connected power circuits to ground.
Equipment on trolley in position "DISCONNECTED".
Danger-high voltage and mechanical parts in movement brusque.
The activity requires action in the auxiliary cell and high voltage cell.
Using compressed air and dust hazard and storage material.
