Verify the correct operation of the interlocks of rectifier trolley.
Put the rectifier trolley in position disconnected, try to remove it from
the cell without lifting the locking pin to check that this is in grip.
Verify the correct operation of the interlocks of rectifier trolley.
Put the rectifier trolley in position disconnected, try to remove it from
the cell without lifting the locking pin to check that this is in grip.
Repeat, if possible, the same operations in the connected position.
Verify that the key locks slide freely.
Verify the correct operation of the interlocks of circuit breaker trolley.
Put the circuit breaker trolley in position disconnected, try to remove it
from the cell without lifting the locking pin to check that this is in grip.
Push the "A" button and try to close the circuit breaker through the
close button on the front panel. The circuit breaker must NOT be able
to close.
Repeat, if possible, the same operations in the connected position.
Verify that the key locks slide freely.
De-energize the power circuits and e connected to ground.
Disconnect the auxiliary contacts.
Equipment on trolley in position "DISCONNECTED (out of service)",
"DISCONNECTED (in test)" and / or "CONNECTED".
Danger-high voltage and mechanical parts in movement brusque.
The activity requires action in the high voltage cell.
De-energize all circuits. Use proper precautions.
Check the measuring of ammeter and voltmeter Check that the cable
terminals are tight both in the shunt/bars side that transmitter side.
Clean the connection area. Check that the fibers are fitted correctly on
both sides and not subjected to mechanical stress in particular in the
area of crossing the front door;
DANGER
High voltage - The voltages present in the equipment are
potentially lethal.
Be sure to act on circuits disconnected and properly grounded.
De-energize the power circuits and e connected to ground.
Disconnect the auxiliary contacts.
Equipment on trolley in position "DISCONNECTED".
Danger-high voltage and mechanical parts in movement brusque.
The activity requires action in the high voltage cell.
