Malfunction
description

Causes
Appliance not plugged.
Problem of the
connection of the
indicator lamp or
indicator lamp is
damaged.
Lid is badly closed.
Micro steam valve
not well positioned or
uncomplete.
Lid or micro steam
valve gasket is
damaged.
Too much or not
enough water
compared to rice
quantity.
Not enough water
compared to the
quantity of lentils.
Salt may also harden
the outer part of the
lentil.
Solutions
Check the power cord is
plugged in the socket and
on the Mains.
Send to authorized
service center for repair.
Open and close again
the lid.
Stop the cooking (unplug
the product) and check
the valve is complete
(2 parts locked together)
and well positioned.
Send to authorized
service center for repair.
Refer to table for water
quantity.
Refer to the cooking
instructions for lentils.
Do not add salt to the
water during cooking, but
wait until the lentils are
cooked.
