DAILY MAINTENANCE

Paper End Sensor (Paper Feed Table)

Wipe off the paper dust on the
paper end sensor with a dry
cloth.
If you do not clean the paper end
sensor, the Load Paper indicator
might not light when paper runs out.

Paper Feed Roller (Paper Feed Table)

Wipe off the paper dust on the
paper feed roller with a damp
cloth, then wipe it with a dry
cloth.
If you do not clean the paper feed
roller, paper misfeeds tend to occur.

Non-sort Tray (Optional Sorter Stapler)

Clean the non-sort tray with a
damp cloth and wipe it with a dry
cloth.
