Suggestion/Solution
Verify the battery condition.
Verify the symmetry cable
connection.
Verify the Symmetry limit value.
Check the heating of the system.
Check the ambient temperature
(it should not be lower than
recommended battery temperature).
Check the cooling or ventilation.
Verify the battery condition.
Check the Battery Current Limit.
Verify the temperature probe
connection.
Verify the internal / external
temperature via controller front panel.
Replace the faulty probe with a new
one.
Identify the root cause of the hot
environment at the batteries and/or
controller.
Needs to be manually turned OFF to
allow the alarms to be displayed

7.1 Controller Replacement

A faulty Controller can be easily replaced with a new one:
1. Loosen the front screw in the top left corner of the controller front panel using a flat
screwdriver, see Figure 7-1.

2. Pull the controller out of the shelf as shown in Figure 7-2.

3. Reverse the process to insert the new controller into the empty slot and fasten the screw.

After controller start-up, verify if the appropriate configuration file is uploaded
